焦化设备

. 我院是国内知名的，集焦炉设备设计、制造、安装、调试为一体的焦炉机械供应商。1991年为首钢设计制造了当时处于国内先进水平的6m顶装煤焦炉机械成套设备，从此开始涉足焦化行业。2004年，设计制造了首套4.3米侧装煤焦炉机械成套设备；2005年，首套自主设计制造的4.3m捣固焦炉机械成套设备出口到印度；2006年，引进国外高压水炉门清扫技术，并成功用于焦化生产。2008年，设计制造了国内首台6.25m捣固焦炉双U型管导烟车（CGT）。现已开发制造出200余套普通型、特殊型、环保型焦炉机械。

. Our institute is famous for its design, manufacture, install and debugging of coke oven machine in China. In 1991 our institute designed and manufactured advanced 6m complete sets of coke oven machine for Beijing Shougang which charging the coal at top. From then on we set foot in coke oven industry. In 2004 we designed and manufactured the first 4.3m complete sets of coke oven machine which charging the coal from side. In 2005 we designed, manufactured and exported first 4.3m stamping complete sets of coke oven machine to India. In 2006 we imported high pressure water-jet door clean technology and put it into use successfully. In 2008 we designed and manufactured first 6.25m "U" pipe CGT car for stamping coke oven in China. So far we have manufactured more than 200 set of normal type, special type and environment protective type of coke oven machines.
